Built for every seat in the organization

HR runs the policies, managers decide for their teams, employees serve themselves and finance closes payroll, all in one system. Each person sees exactly what their role and data scope allow, and nothing more.

  • 24 built-in roles, from Org Admin to Interviewer
  • 10 data scopes, from "only me" to the whole organization
  • 138 standard reports, filtered to each reader's scope

By role

One platform, four very different days

The same records power every view. What changes is who can see them, who can act on them, and the screen each person lands on when they sign in.

For HR leaders

Run the whole employee lifecycle from one place

Set the policies once, let the workflows carry them, and spend your time on people rather than on chasing approvals and reconciling spreadsheets.

Jobs to be done

  • Hire to retire in one record. Requisitions, offers, onboarding, transfers, promotions and exits all write to the same employee file.
  • Design the approval chain. Versioned, multi-level workflows decide who approves leave, expenses, corrections and offers.
  • Shape the organization. Legal entities, locations, departments, positions, grades and job families, with an org chart built from them.
  • Ask the data a question. 138 standard reports, analytics dashboards and an AI assistant that answers inside your own permissions.
  • One inbox for every pending decision
  • Every change audit-logged
  • Compliance registers built in

For people managers

Lead the team without leaving the work behind

A dedicated team space shows every manager their own reports, and only their own reports, with the decisions that need them right at the top.

Jobs to be done

  • Decide in a click. Approve or reject leave and attendance corrections for direct reports, with the request's context beside it.
  • See who is away. A month view of approved leave, and every team member's leave balances, before a deadline is agreed.
  • Grow the team. Run 1:1s and improvement plans, give feedback, and raise requisitions as a hiring manager.
  • Handle departures well. Follow a team member's exit from resignation through clearance.
  • Scoped to their reporting line
  • Department heads see the whole subtree

For employees

Answers and actions, without raising a ticket

Self-service covers the everyday questions people used to email HR about, in a responsive web app that works on any screen.

Jobs to be done

  • Get paid, and see why. Payslips with every earning and deduction, loans and advances, and tax declarations.
  • Take time off. Apply for leave against live balances, check attendance and request corrections.
  • Claim and travel. File expense claims and travel requests, and log timesheets for projects.
  • Grow and get help. Learning, goals, feedback and 1:1s, plus a helpdesk and an AI "Ask HR" assistant.
  • Only their own records
  • Documents and assets in one place

For finance & payroll

Close payroll with controls an auditor will like

Payroll runs per legal entity and period, with a maker/checker split between the people who prepare a run and the people who approve it.

Jobs to be done

  • Run, review, lock. Each run moves from draft to computed, approved and locked, and a locked run cannot quietly change.
  • Pay and post. Generate the salary bank file and a cost-centre-wise payroll GL journal for your books.
  • File statutory returns. PF ECR, ESI, professional tax and TDS challans, and Form 24Q, from the same run.
  • Settle spend. Approve expense claims and travel settlements, and manage employee loans and advances.
  • Preparers cannot approve their own run
  • Read-only Auditor role

By stage

Starts simple, scales without a migration

A fifty-person startup and a multi-entity group run the same product. What differs is how much of it they switch on.

A small team planning together around a whiteboard Growing companies

Live quickly, without an HR systems team

Get your people, policies and first payroll in place fast, then add modules as the company grows.

  • Ready on day one. A new organization starts with employment types, grades, designations and leave defaults you can rename or replace.
  • Bulk imports you can undo. Load employees and opening leave balances from a template, dry-run first, and reverse an import if it was wrong.
  • Self-service from the start. Employees handle payslips, leave and claims themselves, so a lean HR team is not a help desk.
  • Pay for what you use. Your plan turns modules on or off; one that is off disappears from navigation and the API.

Governance for complex, multi-entity groups

Model the organization as it really is, and control precisely who sees and changes what.

  • Multiple legal entities. Each with its own registrations and payroll, under business units, divisions, locations, departments and cost centres.
  • Granular roles and scopes. 24 built-in roles plus custom ones, each scoped to a team, department, location, entity or cost centre.
  • A complete audit trail. Every change is logged with who made it and what it was before, and a read-only Auditor role can review it.
  • Single sign-on and isolation. OpenID Connect SSO, TOTP two-factor sign-in, and a separate database for every organization.
